If you are not 100% satisfied with our product that is new and unused, you could return to our store within 7 days after you receive your orders.

Damaged products: Send an email to our customer services with your order/shipment order attach a clear picture of the damaged piece of product and describe the fault. You can return your jewelry for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

In Sweden: The delivery time is 2-7 working days. If you don't receive your order within 5 working days, please contact us via SMS or email with your shipment order. 

Overseas: The delivery time takes more than 1-2 weeks depending on your location. If you don't receive your order within 2 weeks, please contact us via SMS or email with your shipment order.
