DELIVERY TIME
In Sweden: The delivery time in 2-7 workings days. If you dont recieved your order within 5 working days, please contactus via SMS or email with your shippment order.
Oversea: The delivery time take more than 1-2 weeks depending your location. If you dont recieved your order within 2 weeks, please contactus via SMS or email with your shippment order.
DELIVERY FEE
Minimum amount for delivery: 100:- in Sweden and 300:- for oversea
Domestic fee 99:- under 200:- , 69:- from 200:- to 500;- and Freeship from 500:-
Oversea fee depending on your location and Freeship from 1000:-
MODE OF DELIVERY
We ship orders with the following options depending on package size and order value

Delivery by Postnord and DHL for both domestic and oversea orders
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not 100% satified with our product that new and unused yet, you could returned to our store within 7 days after you recieved your orders.
Damaged products: Sending an email to our customer services with your order/shipment order and attch a clear picture of the damaged piece of products and describe the fault. You can return your jewwlry for a full refund within 30 dasy of delivery.
